Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver bespoke intervention programmes for individuals and small groups across primary phases.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, adapting strategies to meet evolving learning needs effectively.
• Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure intervention aligns with broader curriculum objectives.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, fostering a positive attitude towards learning.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and intervention outcomes.
• Contribute to a supportive and engaging atmosphere where all children feel valued.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience in primary education.
• Possesses a proven track record of successfully planning and delivering targeted interventions.
• Exhibits a deep understanding of primary curriculum requirements and assessment methods.
• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Shows a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
• Is adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a dynamic educational setting.
