About the Role
This is a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a well-established school, offering a flexible range of contract types from long-term placements to permanent positions, with an immediate start available. Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons tailored to the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and effective learning atmosphere in the classroom.
• Monitor and assess pupil achievement diligently, providing comprehensive feedback to pupils and parents.
• Engage proactively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to support pupil welfare and learning.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and the continuous improvement of educational practices.
• Uphold robust safeguarding procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, suitable for ECTs, MPS, or UPS level.
• Possess a genuine passion for early primary education and a deep understanding of Key Stage 1 pedagogy.
• Demonstrate exceptional classroom management abilities and strong organisational skills.
• Committed to ongoing professional growth and reflective teaching practices.
• Able to build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a vibrant school culture.
