A respected school is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its vibrant community, where every contribution helps shape the foundational learning journeys of its youngest pupils. This crucial role involves supporting children's development, fostering an inclusive and nurturing environment, and actively contributing to the positive atmosphere that defines the school's commitment to its students.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct support to children during classroom activities and play-based learning.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising engaging educational resources.
• Contribute to creating a stimulating, safe, and positive learning environment for all pupils.
• Observe and accurately report on children's progress and developmental milestones.
• Support individual children or small groups to ensure their specific learning needs are met.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain a cohesive and supportive team approach.

About You
• Possess previous experience working with young children in an early years or primary setting.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with children, staff, and parents.
• Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to classroom support.
• Hold relevant qualifications or training in childcare or teaching assistance.
• Be a collaborative team player committed to fostering a positive school culture.
