About the Role
A ambitious primary school is actively seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their thriving team immediately, offering a dynamic opportunity to provide essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This versatile position allows for flexibility in contract type, with options for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent role, all compensated with a competitive daily rate ranging from £150 to £180. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality education across diverse year groups, fostering continuous learning and development for every pupil.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-prepared lessons to pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Ensure a stimulating and inclusive learning environment is consistently maintained in every classroom.
* Collaborate effectively with year group teams and support staff to enhance overall pupil outcomes.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and abilities of all learners encountered.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to pupils, fostering their academic and personal growth.
* Uphold the school's high standards for behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere at all times.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience within the primary phase.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to teach effectively across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a respectful and productive learning space.
* Be highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in a varied and fast-paced teaching environment.
* Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and nurturing their full potential.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and personal growth.
