Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to individual pupils and small groups within the EYFS framework.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging learning materials and resources.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interaction among young children.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and organised classroom setting.
* Support the implementation of planned activities and play-based learning experiences.
* Observe and accurately record children's progress, sharing insights with the teaching team.
About You
* You possess previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
