Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils across various subjects and year groups.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment in the absence of the regular teacher.
* Adapt quickly to different school procedures, timetables, and classroom dynamics.
* Ensure the continuity of learning by following pre-set lesson plans and schemes of work.
* Manage pupil behaviour effectively, promoting respect and a conducive atmosphere for study.
* Communicate professionally with school staff, including department heads and fellow teachers.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* You possess recent experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire pupils.
* You are highly adaptable and thrive in varied school environments.
* You are reliable, punctual, and committed to upholding high professional standards.
