About the Role
A dynamic school in the Hatfield area of Hertfordshire is seeking dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join their vibrant educational community. This varied role offers the flexibility of daily supply, short-term assignments, and long-term placements, with potential for permanent opportunities for the right candidate. You will be responsible for providing engaging cover across all primary key stages, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment. This is an excellent opportunity to experience different school settings while making a significant impact on young learners, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in line with school policies.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying age groups.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils at all times.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress as required.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the primary phase in the UK.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and behaviour strategies.
* Be highly adaptable, flexible, and resilient in various school settings.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
