A well-established school is seeking a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to provide essential cover across its vibrant primary settings in the Thatcham area. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, following pre-set plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide tailored support to pupils, catering to diverse learning needs and promoting inclusion.
• Collaborate positively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent provision.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance and progress where required by school policy.
• Adhere diligently to all school policies, including safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK with primary phase experience.
• Possesses recent experience teaching within primary education settings.
• Demonstrates excellent adaptability and a proactive approach to new school environments.
• Exhibits strong classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil welfare.
• Has a genuine passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
• Is reliable, punctual, and highly professional in all interactions.
