A well-established school in Shrewsbury, West Midlands, is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their vibrant primary team. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive educational experience for all pupils. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position for the right candidate, with an immediate start available and a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver well-planned and engaging lessons across all primary phases, from EYFS to KS2.
* Ensure a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of pupils and maintain high standards.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and pupil progress.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering an atmosphere of respect and cooperation.
* Assess and monitor pupil learning, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in the UK.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to teach across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, promoting a productive and respectful atmosphere.
* Show a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to pupil development.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* Be proactive, reliable, and dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
