About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants for immediate opportunities within a inclusive primary school setting. This vital role involves supporting pupils across various key stages, both individually and in small groups, helping to foster a positive and engaging learning experience for all. A range of flexible contracts are available, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent prospects, offering competitive daily rates between £95 and £110. Your expertise will be crucial in assisting the class teacher and ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality support to pupils within the classroom, promoting independence and engagement.
* Work effectively with small groups and individual children, tailoring support to their specific learning needs.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing resources and maintaining an organised learning environment.
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN), implementing strategies to aid their development.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development among all young learners.
* Contribute to the assessment and tracking of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback.

About You
* You must hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess previous experience working within a primary school environment.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children's education and development.
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with pupils and staff.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to diverse classroom situations.
* You are a collaborative team player, committed to contributing positively to the school community.
