Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver targeted intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Assess pupil progress diligently and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to ensure cohesive learning pathways.
* Create a supportive and stimulating environment conducive to academic improvement.
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of interventions, celebrating pupil achievements.
* Utilise a range of engaging resources to address specific learning needs across primary phases.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for the primary phase in the UK.
* Demonstrate proven experience in delivering effective interventions across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
* Exhibit a passion for nurturing individual pupil potential and accelerating progress.
* Possess excellent communication skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to varying learning requirements.
