This dynamic role offers a range of contract options, from daily and short-term assignments to long-term and even permanent placements, commencing as soon as possible. You will be instrumental in providing consistent educational support across various secondary settings, ensuring continuity for pupils while earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm across various secondary subjects.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure productive learning.
* Adhere strictly to individual school policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Support pupils' learning and maintain progress in the absence of their regular teacher.
* Demonstrate flexibility and professionalism when adapting to diverse school settings.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or substantial experience as a Cover Supervisor.
* Proven experience working within a secondary school environment.
* Exhibit excellent behaviour management techniques.
* Highly adaptable, reliable, and able to embrace new challenges.
* Committed to promoting the welfare and academic achievement of young people.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with staff and pupils.
