About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Biology Teacher to join a supportive school environment, making a significant impact on student learning. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to deliver engaging Biology lessons across the secondary phase, with the capability to also teach Chemistry up to Key Stage 4. This long-term, permanent contract offers a rewarding career path starting in September or potentially sooner for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high-quality, inspiring Biology lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
* Develop and implement engaging Chemistry lessons up to Key Stage 4.
* Assess and monitor student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the science curriculum and departmental initiatives.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for scientific inquiry.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and ensure consistent educational standards.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge in Biology, capable of teaching to A-Level.
* Exhibit the ability to teach Chemistry effectively to Key Stage 4 students.
* Be a passionate and dynamic educator with a commitment to student achievement.
* Possess strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young minds.
* Welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to experienced professionals (MPS/UPS).
