Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive in-class support to the main classroom teacher.
* Facilitate learning activities for individual pupils and small groups.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of engaging learning resources.
* Support the implementation of tailored educational plans for SEN pupils.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress and engagement effectively.
About You
* You possess previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within a primary school setting.
* A genuine passion for supporting the development and learning of young children is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils and staff.
* Experience or a strong interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs is highly valued.
* You are a proactive team player, eager to contribute positively to a school community.
