About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver stimulating, differentiated lesson plans that ignite curiosity and challenge pupils effectively.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to optimal learning and personal development.
* Implement robust assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and inform future teaching practices.
* Inspire academic achievement and foster a lifelong love for learning across a broad curriculum.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic pupil welfare and progress.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and behaviour, adhering to school policies and procedures.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are ready to commence your Early Career Teacher induction.
* A genuine passion for primary education and a strong commitment to nurturing young learners is essential.
* You demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to continuous professional development.
* An ability to build strong rapport with pupils, colleagues, and the wider school community is highly valued.
* You are reflective in your practice, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance your pedagogical skills.
