About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join the vibrant team at an inclusive school, starting as soon as possible. This rewarding position involves supporting the youngest learners within a nurturing private day nursery environment. You will play a crucial role in creating an engaging and stimulating atmosphere where children can thrive and reach their full potential. This opportunity offers flexible contract options, ranging from daily supply to long-term and permanent placements, with a daily rate between £95 and £110, reflecting your valuable contribution to the early years foundation stage.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide nurturing support to children during their daily activities.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Assist with personal care routines and meal times, ensuring well-being.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Observe and accurately report on children's development and progress.
* Prepare engaging resources and contribute to activity planning.

About You
* Demonstrated experience working with early years children.
* A genuine passion for supporting child development and learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to working with young learners.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
