About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a flourishing school. You will provide essential cover and support across primary specialist SEN provisions on a daily and short-term basis. This role offers the chance to work with diverse pupil needs, ensuring continuity of learning and a positive educational experience for every child. You will play a vital part in maintaining the school's high standards of inclusive education.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to primary pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies effectively to meet individual learning styles and requirements.
* Collaborate constructively with support staff to create a nurturing classroom environment.
* Maintain consistent classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your professional care.
* Provide comprehensive feedback on pupil progress and engagement as required.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
* You possess proven experience working with primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* You demonstrate excellent adaptability and resilience when working in varying educational environments.
* You exhibit a genuine passion for supporting the development and progress of SEN learners.
* You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
* You are available for daily supply and short-term assignments, often at short notice.
