• Collaborate positively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil well-being and achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and behaviour in line with school policies.
• Participate actively in school events and contribute to the broader life of the school community.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant for primary education.
• Possess a genuine passion for teaching and fostering a love of learning in Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Be committed to promoting high standards of achievement and behaviour.
• Understand and uphold the importance of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
