Key Responsibilities
• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons to primary pupils.
• Provide tailored assistance to individuals and small groups, promoting their learning and progress.
• Help manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources and classroom displays.
• Observe and report on pupil progress and engagement, contributing to assessment discussions.
• Support pupils with special educational needs, adapting approaches to meet individual requirements.

About You
• Hold a recognised Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Possess demonstrable experience working within a primary school setting.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
• Show initiative and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic classroom environment.
• Have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
