About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Science Teacher to join a respected school in Northamptonshire, East Midlands. You will inspire secondary pupils across the full age range, fostering a deep understanding and passion for scientific inquiry. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic Science lessons across the secondary curriculum, catering to diverse learning styles.
* Inspire curiosity and critical thinking in pupils through innovative teaching methodologies.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment conducive to academic success.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department to enhance curriculum delivery.
* Contribute to the wider school community, supporting extracurricular activities where appropriate.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant Science degree.
* You are an experienced teacher at MPS/UPS level, or an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for your next challenge.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and a commitment to making the subject engaging for all pupils.
* You are skilled at fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every pupil can thrive.
* You are dedicated to continuous professional development and eager to embrace new teaching strategies.
* You work collaboratively with colleagues, contributing positively to a strong departmental team.
