Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons to students across key stages.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development and evaluation of the Science curriculum and departmental resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the overall educational experience.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK; applications from Early Career Teachers are warmly welcomed.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and its diverse applications in the modern world.
• Have the ability to inspire, motivate, and engage secondary-aged students.
• Be committed to raising attainment and fostering a lifelong love of learning within the subject.
• Exhibit strong classroom management skills and an organised approach to teaching.
• Work effectively as part of a team, contributing positively to departmental goals.
