* Deliver engaging and effective Design Technology lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Plan and prepare innovative schemes of work that challenge and inspire pupils.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Maintain a stimulating and safe workshop environment, ensuring all equipment is used responsibly.
* Contribute to the broader life of the school, participating in extra-curricular activities where appropriate.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance departmental provision.
About You
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possesses a strong subject specialism in Design Technology.
* Capable of teaching DT effectively to pupils at all secondary key stages.
* An enthusiastic practitioner, whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced professional (MPS/UPS).
* Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Demonstrates excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
