About the Role
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving school in Hertfordshire, dedicated to nurturing young minds. We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for immediate start dates, offering a variety of contract options including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions. You will be instrumental in supporting primary pupils across diverse year groups, enhancing their learning experience and fostering a positive educational environment. This vital role comes with a competitive daily pay rate ranging from £95 to £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide essential in-class support to the primary teacher.
* Assist pupils individually and in small groups with their academic tasks.
* Offer targeted support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Contribute to the preparation of engaging learning resources and activities.
* Help maintain a stimulating and orderly classroom setting.
* Encourage positive pupil behaviour and effective participation in lessons.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience working with primary school children.
* A genuine passion for education and children's development drives your approach.
* Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs is highly advantageous.
* You are an articulate communicator, capable of building rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* Your adaptable nature allows you to thrive in various classroom situations.
* You are reliable, proactive, and committed to making a significant difference.
