Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate effective social communication for students on the autism spectrum.
* Provide tailored support to manage sensory needs within the learning environment.
* Assist secondary students in accessing the curriculum across various subjects.

* Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all pupils.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff and specialists to ensure holistic student development.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum, ideally in a secondary setting.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show a proactive and patient approach to student support.
* Have the ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse learning requirements.
* Hold relevant qualifications or professional development in SEN support is highly desirable.
