Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated one-to-one or small group support to pupils with complex needs.
* Assist with personal care needs sensitively and with dignity.
* Facilitate engaging sensory stimulation activities throughout the school day.
* Implement individualised therapy programmes as directed by specialists.
* Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Liaise effectively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals.
About You
* A genuine passion for supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
* Previous experience working within an SEN setting is highly advantageous.
* Demonstrate exceptional patience, resilience, and a compassionate approach.
* Possess strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Capable of adapting support strategies to meet diverse individual requirements.
