Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or EHCPs.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers to adapt learning materials and activities.
* Support pupils' social and emotional development during school hours.
* Observe and report on pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments.
* Help manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly within a primary setting, is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive and patient approach to learning support is essential.

* Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support would be advantageous.
