We are seeking a passionate educator to join our thriving Science department, delivering high-quality lessons across the secondary phase. This is a long-term, permanent contract commencing in September or sooner, offering you the chance to make a significant contribution to our vibrant school community.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the Science curriculum.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Support students' academic and personal growth within the school community.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess a strong, demonstrable passion for Chemistry and its effective teaching.
* Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for an excellent start, or an experienced professional (MPS/UPS).
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Eager to contribute positively to the wider school community.
