About the Role
An innovative school is seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join our vibrant primary community. This is an exceptional opportunity to inspire and nurture pupils within a supportive environment in the heart of Berkshire. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, starting as soon as possible. You will play a crucial role in fostering a love for learning and guiding young minds through their Key Stage 2 journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that engage and challenge Key Stage 2 pupils.
* Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and support whole-school initiatives.
* Communicate proactively and positively with parents and carers regarding pupil development.
* Contribute enthusiastically to the broader life and community of the school.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate a passion for primary education and inspiring children within Key Stage 2.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an engaging learning space.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all pupils.
* Show strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with the school community.
* Have a steadfast commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of all children.
