About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physics Teacher to join a inclusive school located in the vibrant community of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented educator, ideally with a specialism in Chemistry, to secure a long-term, permanent contract within a supportive secondary environment. The successful candidate will commence their role in September or sooner, contributing to a thriving Science department.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, inspiring Physics lessons across various secondary key stages.
* Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that caters to diverse learning needs.
* Assess student understanding effectively, providing constructive feedback for progress.
* Collaborate positively with fellow Science department staff to share best practices.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, enriching the broader student experience.
* Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Physics.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring young minds in science education.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
* Be adaptable and resilient, embracing new challenges with a proactive approach.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Have the ability to teach Chemistry to at least Key Stage 3, ideally Key Stage 4.
