Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to primary pupils experiencing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging behaviours calmly and proactively.
* Mentor individual pupils, fostering resilience and promoting their personal growth.
* Build strong, positive, and trusting relationships with children, staff, and parents.
