About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a ambitious school community as a dedicated 1:1 SEN Support Assistant. You will provide tailored assistance to a primary-aged pupil with complex needs, which may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, or sensory impairments. This vital role involves building a strong rapport with the pupil, facilitating their learning journey, and supporting their holistic development. We are looking for an individual ready to start as soon as possible, with various contract options available to suit the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Work closely with the pupil to develop a strong, trust-based relationship.
* Effectively implement individualised Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) targets.
* Collaborate with external therapists and professionals to ensure integrated support.
* Monitor and record the pupil's progress, contributing to regular reviews.
* Support the pupil's access to the curriculum and participation in school life.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
