This dynamic opportunity offers a variety of contract types, including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent positions across secondary schools in the region. You will earn a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160 and be ready to start work ASAP, making a real difference in diverse learning environments. This role involves covering various subjects as needed, ensuring continuity in pupil learning.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-planned lessons effectively across various subjects.
* Maintain a positive and productive classroom atmosphere at all times.
* Manage student behaviour consistently and fairly according to school policies.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in your care.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to students where appropriate.
* Collaborate effectively with school staff and communicate any concerns promptly.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess extensive experience as a Cover Supervisor.
* Demonstrate proven experience working within a secondary school setting.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a calm demeanour.
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Show a high degree of adaptability and flexibility to new environments.
* Be reliable, punctual, and proactive in your approach to work.
