About the Role
Are you an inspiring educator driven to make a significant impact on pupil progress? A dedicated school in Wellingborough is actively seeking an enthusiastic Intervention Teacher to provide targeted support across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. This dynamic role offers the chance to empower young learners, with diverse contract options available, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent arrangements, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver bespoke intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers to identify specific learning needs and set clear targets.
• Monitor and accurately assess pupil attainment and progress within intervention sessions.
• Adapt teaching strategies and resources to cater for a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, fostering their self-belief and motivation.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant teaching qualification.
• Demonstrate proven experience in delivering effective academic interventions across primary phases.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for unlocking each pupil's potential and overcoming learning barriers.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with staff and pupils.
• Be adaptable and flexible, comfortable working across various primary year groups and with different needs.
• Show a commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
