About the Role
A highly regarded secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher, specialising in French and Spanish, for a permanent, long-term position commencing in September 2026. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Plan and prepare comprehensive schemes of work that inspire linguistic curiosity and cultural understanding.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
* Contribute actively to the development and success of the MFL department's curriculum and initiatives.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive and develop a passion for languages.
* Participate in extracurricular activities that broaden students' exposure to French and Spanish culture.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate excellent subject knowledge in both French and Spanish.
* You possess a genuine passion for languages and a desire to share this enthusiasm with young people.
* You are an inspirational educator, capable of motivating students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
* You show a strong commitment to continuous professional development and the implementation of best pedagogical practice.
