About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide vital support across the curriculum, helping to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences for all children. This generalist role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent opportunities, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide effective one-to-one and small group interventions for pupils.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of classroom resources.
• Promote positive behaviour and a safe, stimulating learning environment.
• Supervise pupils during non-contact times, including break and lunch periods.
• Contribute to the observation and tracking of pupil progress.

About You
• A genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of primary-aged children.
• Previous experience within a primary school setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships.
• A proactive, adaptable, and patient approach to supporting diverse learning needs.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
• The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a dedicated and cohesive team.
