This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a highly regarded primary school situated in the vibrant South East region of Buckinghamshire. We are seeking an inspirational educator to foster a love for learning and create an engaging classroom environment for our young pupils. Flexible contract arrangements are available, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, with an immediate start possible for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding and engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities that cater to diverse pupil needs.
* Maintain a stimulating, safe, and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, celebrating achievements and addressing challenges effectively.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Contribute to the school's continuous improvement journey through active participation in professional development.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
* Be a collaborative team player, eager to contribute to a supportive school environment.
