Key Responsibilities
• Supervise students undertaking pre-set work across various subjects and year groups.
• Uphold the school's behavioural policies to ensure a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, addressing any immediate issues with professionalism and clarity.
• Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils during lesson time.
• Communicate any pertinent feedback regarding lessons or student welfare to relevant staff members.
• Inspire students to remain focused and engaged with their learning tasks throughout the day.

About You
• Proven experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
• Demonstrable ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and fairly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, applicable to both students and staff.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to new situations quickly.
• Resilience and a calm demeanour when facing unexpected challenges.
