About the Role
A well-established school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join our thriving Science department. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver innovative Physics lessons that captivate and challenge pupils across all secondary key stages.
- Design and implement comprehensive schemes of work and robust assessment strategies to monitor student attainment.
- Provide regular, insightful feedback to pupils, guiding them towards achieving their full academic potential.
- Cultivate a dynamic and supportive classroom atmosphere conducive to deep scientific inquiry.
- Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and extra-curricular science activities.
- Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all young people.

About You
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Physics or a closely related scientific discipline.
- Demonstrate an unwavering passion for Physics, capable of inspiring curiosity and critical thinking in pupils.
- Exhibit excellent classroom management skills, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
- Possess the adaptability to effectively teach across various secondary key stages and abilities.
- Be committed to continuous professional development and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Have a proven track record of facilitating strong academic progress and student engagement.
