We are seeking a passionate and creative Year 5 Teacher to join our forward-thinking primary school in Milton Keynes. As a Year 5 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in preparing pupils for the transition to upper Key Stage 2, helping them develop both academically and socially. You will inspire a love for learning and help pupils reach their full potential in a stimulating, engaging, and nurturing classroom.

About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5
- Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to the progress of every child
- Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community
- A creative and innovative approach to teaching
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and support
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the school team to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils
- Participate in school life, including extracurricular activities and school events
