Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for Year 5.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages all pupils to reach their full potential.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils' educational and personal growth.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching at Key Stage 2.
- A strong understanding of the Year 5 curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate pupils.
- A commitment to creating a positive learning environment that promotes inclusion and diversity.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
