Our client, a small, close-knit junior school in Reading, is seeking a Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team for a maternity cover role from September 2025. With just four classes, this school offers a truly supportive and collaborative environment where teachers and pupils thrive.

The Ideal Candidate:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.

Demonstrates strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with pupils and families.
