Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Develop a supportive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver creative lessons
  • Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities

About You:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil achievement
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community
