*WE ARE LOOKING FOR A YEAR 3 TEACHER FOR A PRIMARY SCHOOL IN HERTFORD*

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a supportive and effective learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the National Curriculum requirements.
  • Create a positive classroom environment that encourages pupil engagement and participation.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to enhance the educational experience.
  • Foster an inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 3 preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
