Dunbar Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a vibrant and supportive primary school. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their passionate team.

About the Role:

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the academic and personal development of your students. You will be responsible for delivering the National Curriculum in an engaging and creative manner, ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced teachers and NQTs (Newly Qualified Teachers) who are passionate about inspiring young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Engage with parents and carers to support pupil development.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Experience or strong interest in teaching Year 3 or Key Stage 2.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to pupil welfare.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
