We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to join our dynamic team at a school in Luton. This full-time position runs until the end of the academic year in July. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, ensuring the academic and personal development of students in Year 2.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school-wide initiatives and meetings.
- Maintain effective communication with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders.
- Fulfill all associated responsibilities, including marking, reporting, and attending parent-teacher meetings.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1 (Year 2 preferred).
