We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school community in Northampton. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of a collaborative and inclusive team, supporting pupils' learning and development across various age groups.

Your Role:

  • Provide flexible support across different age groups and classes.
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to assist pupils' learning and personal development.
  • Assist pupils during lessons and break times.
  • Support the planning and execution of extra-curricular activities.
  • Help foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

What We're Looking For:

  • DBS: Must have a valid DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential.
  • Qualifications: A degree is preferred but not required.
  • Desirable Skills: A sporting background is advantageous but not essential.
  • Commitment: Available for full-time work, 5 days a week, and able to commit to long-term work.
