What the Role Involves:

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing the classroom.

  • Encouraging students' confidence, motivation, and independence.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff and SEN teams to ensure students receive the best support.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is an advantage but not essential.
  • A passion for education and supporting student development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a school environment.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
