A primary school based in central Northampton is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to provide specialist support for a pupil with Autism. This is a full time 1:1 role, where you will be taking direction from the class teacher to adpat teaching and learning to cater for the pupil's individual needs.
As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be confident in managing challenging behaviour, de-escalating triggers, building a positive rapport and engaging the child in learning.
