About the Role:

  • Position: Teaching Assistant, Primary

  • Start Date: Imediate starts available
  • Contract Type: Full-time, long-term
  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience

What You'll Do:

As a valued Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with the class teacher to support students in their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with classroom activities and providing tailored support to individual pupils or small groups.
  • Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum effectively.
  • Helping to prepare resources and ensuring the classroom remains an engaging space.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A genuine passion for education and working with children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a similar role or working with children (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
