Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our team in delivering high-quality education. As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with class teachers to support pupils in both their academic and personal development. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment where responsibilities are shared and everyone's contribution is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons
- Assist with one-on-one or small group interventions, helping pupils reach their full potential
- Support pupils with their social and emotional development
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Help maintain a classroom environment that fosters curiosity, respect, and a love of learning
Requirements:
- Experience working with primary-aged children is highly desirable
- Positive, caring attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Enthusiasm and commitment to the wellbeing of all children
